Situated on the River Nene at Warmington, near Peterborough, Warmington Mill, an early 19th Century watermill owned by Elton Estates Co Ltd, was restored and converted for letting. The brief for the conversion work was compiled with the end user and tenant in mind which was to be Fired Earth Ltd. However, in the event of the termination of their lease after the 10 year period, the build can be converted easily for requirements of a future tenant. The brief for Fired Earth was to maximise possible sales floor area which totals 313 square metres with associated staff, WC and storage facilities.
